Mickey Finn Fly Fishing
Fly fish on the "Queen of American Lakes"
Lake George is a beautiful Adirondack Lake.
Thirty-two miles of cold, clear water surrounded by mountains and filled with fish. We fish in the southern basin where there are miles of sheltered shoreline, islands, shoals, and wetlands to fish and explore.

As a youngster I fished Lake George with my grandfather using a handline for perch and bass. We marked our favorite spots off an old tree, "the green boathouse", or the ledge on Pilot Knob. I still have his handlines and his fly rod and still fish his favorite spots.
Over the years I've developed a passion for fly fishing. Once hooked, you become immersed in it....improving your cast, tying your favorite flies, and planning your next fishing trip.
Whether you are an experienced angler or just beginning, I'll do my best to show you a great time on Lake George. We might even catch some fish!
